Who is &Partners?

&Partners is a wealth management firm providing broker-dealer services and investment advisory platforms, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of &Partners, LLC. Our affiliation provides access to institutional-grade investment platforms, Fidelity Investments custodial services, compliance infrastructure, and specialized planning resources. This structure delivers institutional capabilities within an independent practice model focused on personalized service.

Where are my assets held?

Assets are custodied at Fidelity Investments through National Financial Services LLC (NFS), &Partners’ selected broker-dealer. Both &Partners and NFS are SIPC members, offering standard securities protection plus additional coverage beyond traditional SIPC limits when a brokerage firm faces bankruptcy or financial difficulties.

What does discretionary portfolio management mean?

Discretionary management means we make investment decisions within your established parameters without requiring your approval for each transaction. You maintain oversight through scheduled strategy sessions and comprehensive reporting while we handle tactical adjustments as conditions evolve.

How often will we meet?

Our Client Service Matrix structures two annual strategy sessions—one addressing portfolio positioning and market dynamics, the other focusing on estate considerations and insurance planning. We also conduct quarterly market presentations for clients. Between scheduled touchpoints, you have direct access to our team as needs arise.

What distinguishes your practice?

Our depth spans areas many advisors don’t address—1031 real estate exchanges, hedging strategies for concentrated positions, coordination with trust attorneys on estate structures, private banking relationships, and sophisticated options implementation. We provide access to institutional-level solutions typically unavailable through traditional wealth management practices.

How are fees structured?

We operate on a fee-based model combining investment management and financial planning services. Fee structures are discussed during initial consultations once we understand your situation and can determine service suitability.

What asset level makes sense for your services?

Our practice typically serves families with $3 million or more in investable assets. Our services address situations requiring coordinated wealth strategy beyond portfolio management—business owners planning transitions, executives managing concentrated equity, families coordinating multi-generational wealth.

Do you coordinate with my existing advisors?

Yes. We work alongside your estate attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals to implement integrated strategies. Our role often involves serving as the central coordinator, ensuring your advisory team operates cohesively rather than in isolation.
